I tried making an appt, I asked are you taken new patients, the receptionist said yes what insurance are you have, I told her what it is and she was so nasty, on top of that got transferred 3 times and had to repeat myself 3 different times, like get it together ladies, this the type of woman he has working for him!! Definitely won’t be going there!! So sad if you don’t know how to talk to people shouldn’t be working in a medical field then!

I’ve had repeated concerns with staff interactions at this office, including how those concerns are handled by the dentist. The first incident involved the receptionist raising her voice during a phone call on Friday, February 27, 2026. When I brought this up, the dentist attributed it to a phone line issue and said he would address it. During my most recent visit (April 7, 2026) at approximately 12:40pm. I experienced a similar issue in person. After scheduling my next appointment, I asked the receptionist (Marlene) for a card. She had an attitude with me and responded, “OH MY GOD.” When I asked what had happened, I was told that she had every right to say that and did not need to explain further and then became argumentative with me, which created a scene in the office in front of other patients. I brought this to the dentist’s attention immediately, but I was again told, “Don’t worry about it,” and the concern was not addressed. This is now the third time I have raised a concern and received the same response. Despite prior assurances, this pattern has continued. I’m sharing this so others are aware of my experience.

Amazing dentist. I had gone to a different dentist and that dentist did a bad job and was pretty rough. I came here and he solved the problem in about five minutes. Would highly recommend. And they accept most insurances. The biggest issue is getting an appointment. You have to book a lot in advance. They also have walk-in on some days. You could wait quite a while on those days but for me it was worth the wait.
